Supporting students who need it most to stay in school and build their futures
The TSCF Education Support Scholarship exists because talent and ambition are not rare — but opportunity is. We provide term-based financial support to students at the primary, secondary and university levels who demonstrate genuine financial need and maintain satisfactory academic standing.
Funding is limited. Not every applicant will receive a scholarship. We evaluate each application carefully and award support where we believe it will make the most meaningful difference. Recipients must reapply each term and demonstrate continued academic progress to remain eligible.
Two tiers of support covering primary through university level.
For students in public primary and secondary schools who cannot afford the cost of education without assistance. Renewable each term with proof of continued need and academic standing.
For students admitted to or enrolled in a Nigerian public university who demonstrate financial need and satisfactory academic progress. Private universities are not eligible.
All criteria must be met. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
The applicant or their family must demonstrate a genuine inability to afford the cost of education without support.
Applicants must be passing their current level of study. We do not require top grades, but we require evidence of effort and progress.
Open to students in public primary, secondary, and university institutions only. Private institutions and polytechnics are not eligible.
A letter from a teacher, school administrator, or recognised community leader is required.
Applicants must be in good disciplinary standing at their institution.
Scholarship support is term-by-term. Recipients must reapply with updated academic records every term.
Each term, TSCF selects scholarship recipients across primary, secondary, and university levels. Their dedication inspires us and their futures motivate everything we do.
To protect recipients while acknowledging their achievement, we may publish first names, the first initial of the last name, and the name of their school only — for example, Amina O., Government Secondary School Ketu. No photos, addresses, or any other personal details are ever published.
